Terms & Conditions
Terms governing your use of our website and your purchase of digitally delivered certificate products.
1. Business and Website
The website is operated by ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC.
2. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, current information. Business purchasers represent that they have authority to bind the relevant organization.
3. Products and Reseller Role
We resell digital certificate products issued by third-party CAs. We are not the issuing CA. Product availability, algorithms, browser compatibility, validation procedures, warranty coverage and issuance decisions remain subject to CA rules.
4. Orders, Pricing and Taxes
Prices and product features are those displayed when an order is placed. Taxes, currency conversion or local charges may be calculated by the payment provider. We may reject, cancel or request verification for an order affected by error, fraud risk, sanctions or product unavailability.
5. Payment Provider
The entity identified at checkout processes the transaction. Where a provider acts as Merchant of Record, the purchaser’s payment transaction may be legally made with that provider and governed by its buyer terms. The certificate product and related support remain supplied or facilitated by us as described on the website.
6. Validation and Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain control of the domain and authorized access to DNS, email or web-hosting records.
- Provide accurate organization, identity and contact information.
- Respond promptly to CA verification requests.
- Use certificates only for lawful purposes and protect private keys.
- Install and configure products correctly or obtain qualified technical assistance.
7. Digital Delivery
Delivery is electronic and depends on successful validation. Estimated timelines are explained in our Delivery Policy. An estimate is not a guarantee where delays result from customer action, CA review, third-party systems or events outside reasonable control.
8. Renewals and Expiration
Unless a recurring renewal is clearly disclosed and authorized, certificates do not automatically renew. Customers are responsible for monitoring expiration notices and completing renewal validation. Renewal is a new order and may be subject to changed pricing or CA requirements.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, the issuing CA’s rules, applicable law and, where relevant, the payment provider’s buyer/refund process.
10. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include phishing, malware, deceptive impersonation, fraud, sanctions evasion and unlawful content or activity.
11. Intellectual Property
Website text, layout, branding and original materials are owned by us or licensed to us. CA trademarks and third-party materials remain owned by their respective proprietors.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend support, cancel an unissued order or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, legal requirements, sanctions, nonpayment or material breach. Issued certificates may also be revoked by the CA under its rules.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
Except for express commitments stated in writing and rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and the website are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal browser compatibility or approval of any validation request.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, including losses arising from incorrect installation, private-key compromise, CA revocation or customer delay. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where law prohibits that limitation.
15. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use, inaccurate submissions, infringement, breach of these Terms or compromise caused by your failure to secure credentials or private keys.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the company’s registered jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
17. Changes, Severability and Contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms prospectively. Questions may be sent to hello@esoftwaresolution.store.
