Rules protecting customers, Certificate Authorities, payment partners and the public from abuse.
Prohibited Activities
You may not purchase, install or use our products in connection with:
- Phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, botnets or unauthorized access
- Fraud, deceptive impersonation, forged identities or misleading domains
- Illegal goods, services, content or transactions
- Intellectual-property infringement or counterfeit activity
- Harassment, exploitation, threats or unlawful surveillance
- Sanctions evasion, money laundering or prohibited jurisdictions/entities
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or abusive automated traffic
- Activities intended to defeat CA validation, fraud controls or payment security
Security Responsibilities
Customers must protect private keys, credentials and validation access; promptly report suspected compromise; and comply with CA certificate policies and applicable law.
Enforcement
We may request information, delay fulfillment, cancel an unissued order, restrict service or report suspected abuse. A CA may reject or revoke a certificate. We may cooperate with payment providers, hosting providers and lawful authorities where appropriate.
Reporting Abuse
Send a detailed report to hello@esoftwaresolution.store. Include the domain, evidence and contact information. Do not transmit malware or sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
