1. Services
Elite Software Solution Inc offers digital-security products supplied or issued by third parties. Product availability, validation, issuance and technical requirements may vary by provider.
2. Orders and payment
You must provide accurate order and validation information. An order is not considered issued until the relevant provider confirms issuance. Payments are handled by the payment method selected at checkout.
3. Validation and delivery
SSL and signing products may require domain, organization or identity validation. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are outside our direct control. Digital delivery occurs after provider approval.
4. Acceptable use
Products may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity. We may suspend assistance or refer a matter to the issuing provider where misuse is suspected.
5. Third-party providers
Certificate Authorities and other suppliers maintain their own issuance, validation, warranty, cancellation and revocation rules. Their applicable terms also govern your product.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
